Our Culture

We are pragmatic idealists and self-sufficient problem solvers as we believe:

  1. 1 Inclusion pioneers innovation and goodness.
  2. 2 Dignity and agency are essential.
  3. 3 Growth should be accessible.

Founder's Message

InLibre was primarily started after we realized the lack of necessary infrastructure and working environment for supporting people with disabilities.

This is particularly a hard truth in a country like India, as inclusive and assistive technologies are developed for people from developed nations, which does not cut out for the linguistic diversity, literacy, economy and technological access here. These barriers became apparent when I was grappling through these challenges and working with people with disabilities.

The above reasons were enough for me to work full-time on inclusion and accessibility. It was started out of sheer need for self-sufficiency over pure altruism, because one needs raw grit to sustain building something that has deeper anti-forces at institutional level.

I believe InLibre is necessary to improve quality of living for people who have been conveniently ignored and ostracised by the world. Because, one thing that became clear was: Nothing will change unless the marginalized ones take control, advocate and build tools and environment for self-sufficiency.
